WHAT IS healthWORKS? A program offered by the fit.WORKS studio to help participants obtain a balance in eating, exercise and feelings in everyday life.
WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO TO PARTICIPATE IN health.WORKS! Attend 5 of the 7 meetings between 1-18 and 2-27. Keep a journal and weigh in when attending a coaching session.
WHAT DOES healt.WORKS COST? $10 (and participant must have a session membership for the Cardio or Yoga program). The participant will receive $5 if they successfully finish the 7 week session.
WHAT DOES "successful finishing the session" mean? Attend 5/7 coaching sessions, keep a journal and follow the food plan of your choice.
WHEN ARE THE MEETINGS? THURSDAY nights from 6:30 PM to 6:55 PM....They will be short. First meeting is 1-21-16 at 6:30. Meetings will be a brief time to weigh in and review your journal.
WHAT WILL I KEEP IN MY JOURNAL? Journal suggestions for entry include: a. Daily food entries for meals, snacks, etc b. Gratitude list for 3 days or more each week c. Weight log. d. Any entries you desire to place related to eating e. Work out log f. Anything else helpful to you

WHEN IS THE DEADLINE FOR sign up?
